A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute on behalf of the City, a Lease Termination Agreement followed by a new Lease Agreement with Longhorn Barbeque Outpost, Inc., D/B/A Bogey's Public House (RECOMMENDED ACTION: Move to adopt Resolution No. 5910.)

Resolution No. 5924 (Gaub)

A Resolution adopting Supplement No. 1 to the City of Auburn Automated Traffic Safety Camera 2025 Program Expansion Study and Program Overview and affirming that enforcing speed limits with an automated traffic safety camera on Auburn Way South at the current camera location is consistent with State law and supports City safety goals (RECOMMENDED ACTION: Move to adopt Resolution No. 5924.)
