To conduct a review of traffic and pedestrian safety conditions in the area of North Avenue and Flora Road, including, but not limited to, vehicle speeds, traffic patterns, pedestrian crossing needs, and the feasibility of traffic calming or other safety measures (Tavares).

To review traffic safety and sight-line conditions on Stobbs Drive, specifically on the easterly side between Holcott Drive and Quincy Drive, and to evaluate the feasibility of prohibiting on-street parking in this area due to the curvature of the roadway and the resulting reduction in driver visibility, including the installation of "No Parking" signage where appropriate.
