The report also provided projections for end-of-year revenue and highlighted contributions from local and remote taxpayers.

Discuss, consider, and take action on a professional services agreement with Argyle Business Association for marketing services.

The agreement proposes a partnership with the Argyle Business Association to recruit high-end businesses for the Town Center. The proposed expenditure is $22,500 for FY26 and $45,000 for FY27.

Discuss, consider, and take action on a professional services agreement with Architexas for on-call architecture review services.

The agreement with Architexas focuses on planning and urban design services for the Town Center, including design review and conceptual guidance. The proposed expenditure is not to exceed $30,000 with an end date of December 31, 2026.

Discuss progress on the Town Center District FM 407 small area plan created by GFF.
