Thank you, Chair. Yeah, so I'll just briefly reintroduce this project, which was previously before this committee as the design hearing item. Really nothing has changed from the design hearing in terms of input received from property owners or in terms of staff's recommendation per the design hearing. And we've got City Traffic Engineer Lam here and Project Engineer Brown here that can answer detailed questions about any specific areas related to traffic or design. Otherwise, we would just refer to the memo.

All right, sounds good. Are there any questions or comments? Seeing none, I know we didn't have much for participation, and we got a lot of good conversation from the committee side when this was here for the public appearance. So with that in mind, let's go ahead and vote. All those in favor?

Thank you, Chair. So really the important information is in the memo and in the state municipal financial agreement included with the agenda item. Bottom line, our DPW traffic section applied for $1.157 million of state funding. It's a 90-10 state-local split. We're happy to report that funding was approved, and so the local share is estimated to be $115,700, and with the balance being funded through the state SISP program.

Not seen any, just I'll say, it's nice to hear, very good chunk of money to help out with this project and help with those improvements. So good work, glad the application was successful.
