Finance Committee - Regular Meeting

All right. Meeting of the Finance Committee. Special meeting is called to order today, July 24th, 2026 at 1.05 p.m. At this time, I'll do a roll call. Alderman Thorpe, are you here?

Alderman O'Neill, are you here? Present. All right. And I'm here. At this time, is there a motion to approve the agenda with um removing the minute approval the approval of the minute so that our agenda will just be r2926 is there a motion for that so moved second all those in favor please say aye aye aye motion carries all right uh we just have r2926 on the agenda today I think that this is something that lots of folks have lots of thoughts on and we want to not let it linger, but also we want the full council to be able to weigh in on this. So my hope is that the finance committee can just rapidly vote to take no action on this and that will allow it to move out of committee, but still give us plenty of time to discuss it on Monday night. Is there any discussion on that? It's so much fun. I got a lot of stuff. All right. See, is there a motion to take no action on our part?
