Moment of Silence/Pledge of Allegiance
Board to vote to go into Executive Session pursuant to Purpose 6 of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, Section 21(a) – to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of property: Tax Increment Financing Agreements.
Board to vote to go into Executive Session pursuant purpose 7 to approve and release or not release Executive Session minutes of January 5, 2026; and return to open session.
Donation
Board to consider accepting a donation to the Town to be used for the purchase of a water fountain which will be installed in the Lower Shawsheen Field.
Board of Registrars Appointment
Board to consider nominees for appointment to the Board of Registrars of Voters and to appoint a registrar for a term expiring March 31, 2029. The Republican Town Committee nominates Jennifer Zhang of 3 Windemere Drive. The Democratic Town Committee nominates Mark Morgan of 5 Stevens Circle and Randy Hanson of 15 Pasho Street.
