At this time, I'll call the regular Board of Public Works meeting to order. June 2nd, 2026 at 1.30 p.m. Let the record reflect what we have for Mr. Sims and myself for present. And with that, we're ready for approval.

Yes, sir. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. You have in front of you a list of surplus property put together by the IT department, old computer and peripheral items that are minimal value and just require disposal per the Indiana code you have on the document.

Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Members of the Board, we have a four-year request to approve change order number five for Division 3 well and raw water main project. Change order is a result of inadequate valving on existing raw water main. It contains significant drainage and cleanup, which would result in a delay in the project. The final cost for the change order is $20,132.

I make a motion we approve the change order 5 for Division Well and Ross Water Main Project.

Mr. Chair, members of the board, you had before you a request to approve change order number three for Lafayette Treatment Plant Expansion Project. The change order encompasses a balance of final quantities minus additional construction costs and materials to avoid conflicts. The final cost for change order is a reduction of $36,540. That's the kind of life.
