At this time, I will call the regular board of public works meeting to order, April 28th, 2026, 1:30 p.m. Let the record reflect we have for Mr. Pet, Mr. Sims, and myself are present. It's vacant land that's located at 2110 Fletcher Street, lots 10 and lots 97 to Pastones Housing Corporation of Indiana. Pas operates as our community housing development organization. It's a Choto for the city of Anderson to advance access to advance access to affordable housing through home and CDBG programs. The CHO will construct this is my ear. It should say the fourth new construction single family three-bedroom home for home ownership. This time I'd like to make a motion we approve the request to donate property to pass on housing corporation as presented and requested by Miss Lily.

I'm requesting the board approve um the reimbursement agreement for water main extension and related facilities with the Anderson redevelopment commission. The water main extension will extend under I69 at exit 222 to initially provide service to the racetrack development located on the south side of I69. This area wide recoupment um agreement will provide for reimbursement to the ark for construction cost for a period of 15 years as future development connects to the water main extension. The low bid for the construction is1,253,776. The contractor is BL Brown.
Okay. Like to make a motion we approve the re reimbursement agreement for the water main extension as presented and requested by Mr. Caster. Second. Are there any questions?
