Ordinance H of 2026, to be known as ordinance number seven of 2026, is adopted to be voted upon. An ordinance modifying chapter 250 of the Amsterdam City Code by Alderman Carpenter.

Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of Amsterdam that chapter 250 of the Amsterdam City Code is hereby modified as follows. Modification number one, section 250-18B, is modified to read as follows. The density allowed within the planned unit development district shall be determined by the approved planned unit development district site plan, including but not limited to lot, area, and height regulations for lots and buildings within a planned unit development district. Modification number two, section 240-18B6, modified to read as follows. Removed. section 3 effectiveness a public hearing having been held on september 8th 2026 and upon ratification by the common council the instant ordinance shall become effective pursuant to c33 of the charter any questions questions call the roll please alderman carpenter alderman marticello aye alderman holliday aye alderwoman collins resolution number 2627-51 consent resolution authorizing the award of a contract for lead service line replacements by Alderman Carpenter. And now, therefore, be it resolved that Pre-Contracting Inc. of Amsterdam, New York is awarded the contract for 2026 lead service line replacements for $291,600 and that the mayor is hereby authorized to execute all necessary requirements.
