The Town Council adopted zoning map changes for Main Street, approved the Housing Production Plan with minor amendments, and declared the property at 457 Main Street as surplus for affordable housing purposes. They also tabled indefinitely two resident-initiated zoning bylaw proposals and adopted a new Transportation and Parking Commission charge.
