Discuss/consider proposal from Eagle Scout candidate Maximus Holzinger in regards to a hammock forest at Altoona City Park.
Local Boy Scout, Maximus Holzinger plans on building a hammock forest in Altoona City Park for his Eagle Scout Project. He will present 2 designs for the committee to consider. The project will be located Suggested motion: I moved to recommend/not recommend the Holzinger Eagle Scout Project in Altoona City Park.
Discuss/consider proposal from Altoona Head Boys Tennis Coach Greg Emmerson in regards to a records board and state championship banner at the tennis courts in Altoona City Park.
The Altoona Head Boys Tennis Coach has requested that the committee consider allowing the boys tennis program to place a records board and a state championship banner at the Altoona City Park Tennis Courts. Mock-ups from Fast Signs will be presented at the meeting for this project. Suggested motion: I moved to recommend/not recommend the installation of a records board and state championship banner at the Altoona City Park Tennis Courts.
Update on Whitetail Woods Park construction
