Good afternoon. My name is Rebecca. My husband and I have been saving some change to get to where we're at now. We presented a RV park on Browns Bend Road. It is secluded. There's literally no house that's actually occupied. When you turn off the road onto the property, it is the beautifulest scenery. It's literally like out in the woods and the bayou just cuts right in it, you know. We own all the way to the middle of the bayou, according to our deeds. And we want to open up a 37-slot camper RV. It's a temporary living. They're not going to be allowed to be there over six months at a time. And when we first started it, we were traveling all over. My husband works for IBEW. with the union and his electrician. We, at first when we did it, we got, because we were traveling all over as well, so our collection of rules and stuff, our policy personally, come from campgrounds we've been in, the things we've seen we didn't like, the things we've seen we do like, and one thing we're not going to have is the trash. Very simple. Nobody wants that in their neighborhood. I don't want it in my community. There is a little primary care next door to me, or to the property. We've been hands-on working it ourselves. One thing about it I would like to say is if there's any complaints about any tenants on our property, anybody has to call. My number's up there. Make contact any kind of way possible or send the sheriff department to come tell me. And they're gone. I'm not going to have the riffraff. There'll be no sign of drug usage. There'll be no tarps laid out on nobody's homes. I understand things break. And if they have to get something repaired, I realize parts need a minute to come in. Sometimes it takes two weeks. They have ten days to remove their tarp or get off the land. No campers over ten years old. There will be no dogs running loose. There will be no fencing put up. Just as we lay it out, that's going to be kept. There will be no trash on the grounds. I do plan on having it lit up. There is... I've worked out with Clico. They're sponsoring it for $60,000 on helping me get to where I need to be to have it. You know, security gates and all. I realize there's a lot of people that said, well, that's a bad spot to put it in. But let me tell you about that bad spot. That bad spot's still where kids grow up right now. And that bad spot needs a little bit of adjusting. You know, I feel like The more involved we get in the bad areas, the better it is. The more connection we make. I mean, you can't just sit in a neighborhood and say, well, no, no, no, not there.

So do they have, do you have, like, do they have a limited time that they can camp out there? Or, you know, because I know some places where you are allowed to stay as if you was in a house.

There have been no perimeters camping, like in a tent. We're not going to allow that because of the situation with the bayou and the embankment there and the padding to be on gravel. But their six months is the max they can stay. Okay. The max. And their tires are not allowed to come off. There'll be no porches allowed. And that's all part of the policy, the rules. They're not going to be allowed to make no steps, wooden steps of their own or anything like that. Nothing permanent.

I have a question for the administration. What is this exception?

This exception is for a one-inch. I wouldn't sell them water. They are outside the city limits. All we're doing is running a one-inch water main to this place to give them water. That's the only thing we're doing for them. And, of course, I'm not bragging. We'll probably make money on this deal. I'll just sell them water.
