Land Use, Planning and Zoning Committee - Regular Meeting

Good evening everyone. I call this meeting to order. It's the land use planning and zoning committee of the council on February 11th, 2026. All counselors are present this evening and council Rogers is joining on Zoom. This is a hybrid meeting where all participants will be in person or on Zoom uh on video or audio conference. Members of the public have the opportunity to address the committee if they have signed up for public comment per the rules published on the agenda and on our website Friday. Council staff has confirmed that no individuals signed up to speak this evening. We will start with agenda item A EC26, mayor's reappoint of Mr. Ren Holstead to the Environmental Planning Commission. I move confirmation. Second.

I appreciate that. I guess I'm used to um alphabetical. So when I heard Rogers, I was I thought we already went that way. Uh council uh President Bassand uh who was the second on that?

All three of them. Second in councelor Feeblehorn. Okay. Thank you. I'll remove my second. All right. So now we're good. That passed on a really truly on a 5-0 vote. Thank you. Moving on to agenda item BEC35. Mayor's appointment of Mr. Abdul Ganu Tango to the Environmental Planning Commission. There's a second by councelor Feebleorn. Any questions or comments, counselors? That passes on 50 vote. Moving on to agenda item C for councelor Baka R2 directing the city to update all maps, information, and documentation to accurately reflect the city's ownership of the Montano Bridge.
