LKC recommends Albemarle select and approve the proposal provided by Carolina Power CAT for \(4,109,085.00. This action should be contingent upon review and approval by the funding agency (NCDEQ - Division of Water Infrastructure), indicating that the package is eligible for loan funding.

The Albemarle Downtown Development Corporation (ADDC) Board of Directors respectfully submits the recommendation to appoint Ali N. Gallagher to the Board of Directors. Term to begin immediately and will run three years to conclude on June 30, 2029.
