Ordinance 1.21.26 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 251 (PARKS AND RECREATION) AND CHAPTER 232 (STREETS AND SIDEWALKS) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ALBANY IN RELATION TO COMPREHENSIVELY PROHIBITING SMOKING PRODUCTS AND LIMITING THEIR PROXIMITY TO AT-RISK POPULATIONS
