Hey, good morning. Um, I would like to call to order the public hearing for local law E of 2026. This public hearing is being held to allow the general public to provide testimony and support or opposition to local law E of 2026, which is currently before the mayor for consideration. The title of local law E of 2026 reads as follows. a local law amending chapter 359 vehicles and traffic of the whole of the city of Albany by adding a new article 16 thereto establishing the authority to investigate and penalize certain conduct related to unlawful speed contests sideshows and races. Today we have President Mayor Dorsia Players, myself Shenika Jackson, city clerk, deputy city clerk Demetra Brown, should anyone have testimony. Again, this public hearing is being held in support or opposition to local law E of 2026, which is currently before the mayor for consideration. This public hearing was appropriately noticed and a full text can be found on our web page at www.awny.gov of in the common council section under public hearings. At this time, no one has signed up to provide testimony or to appear in person um to provide testimony to for the public hearing. Okay, once again, local law EO 2026, it reads as follows. A local law amending chapter 359, vehicles and traffic of a code of the city of Waling by adding a new article 16, therefore establishing the authority to investigate and penalize certain conduct related to our office contest, sideshows, and races. The time is now 11:11. We're going to take a 5minut break to allow those who are traveling in for the public hearing to allow them time to find parking and to arrive and to provide public comments.
