Thank you. I call to order the uh General Services Health and Environment Committee uh at 5:15 December 3rd. Committee members present, myself, Jack Flynn, Hyde Clark, and Deb Zamer. Tonight we're going to be discussing resolution 140 12125R, a resolution honoring the life and legacy of Molly Finny Larson, Molly Quinn Duffy, and James William Larson and renaming a portion of Sycamore Street in their honor. This is by myself, so I'll say a few words. This was actually brought to me by uh one of the Larson's good friends who lives on Buckingham Pond, which is why Deb Zer is also sponsor and Jenny Frell. As many of you may know, the Larson's family has been involved in the city of Albany since the 1960s. He was a chief for firemen for over 40 years, I believe. Um, his daughter Molly was very involved in a lot of charitable work. She did a lot of work for St. Catherine's. Uh, Jim's wife, Molly, was also very involved as an advocate, um, volunteering and doing so much for the society. So, when this got brought to my attention, I personally thought it was a no-brainer. brought it up with Deb Zamer and Jenny Frell who I know knew them personally and they're like absolutely let's get this on board. I am actually the one that did the application for the uh process of this. So um that's going through um but what a great family and their in their sons Jimmy Larson and Chris. Chris is u following his father's footstep as a fireman. Jimmy Larson's been very involved in the Santa Speedo, very involved in the LGBT community. So, it's a great honor that it's uh it's a family uh uh street name, not just one of the family's members because they've all been involved in the city of Albing for many, many years, and I think it's great to have this honor for their family. Any other comments?
