ZONING ORDINANCE UPDATES TO TITLE 17 OF THE ALAMEDA COUNTY GENERAL ORDINANCE CODE AND TO THE “RESIDENTIAL DESIGN STANDARDS AND GUIDELINES FOR THE UNINCORPORATED COMMUNITIES OF WEST ALAMEDA COUNTY” - Affecting Some Multi-Family Residential Development Standards, to Implement Sixth Cycle Housing Element Densities.

MOBILEHOME PARK CHANGE OF USE ORDINANCE
Review draft ordinance related to Change of Use (Closure or Conversion) of Mobilehome Parks to ensure that any proposed change of use of an existing mobile home park to any other use will require a Conditional Use Permit, is preceded by adequate notice, that the social and fiscal impacts of the proposed change of use are adequately defined prior to permit approval, and that relocation and other assistance is provided to park residents as required by State law or other local ordinance.
AFFORDABLE HOUSING PRODUCTION POLICIES UPDATE, INCLUSIONARY ZONING
Planning Department staff will provide updates on the Affordable Housing Production Policies work and request feedback on the attached draft financial feasibility report.
