Affordable Housing Production Policies Update, Inclusionary Zoning – INFORMATIONAL ITEM
Planning Department staff will provide updates on the Affordable Housing Production Policies work and request feedback on the attached draft financial feasibility report.
PLN2025-00099, SITE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW (SDR), ISCANDARI KIPTIATU – ACTION ITEM –
Construct two new 2-story single family dwellings and detached 2 car garages on property with an existing 2-story single family dwelling, located at 19635 Meekland Avenue, Cherryland area of unincorporated Alameda County, west side, 200 feet north of Cherry Way, within the Eden Area General Plan land use designation of Medium Density Residential and Zoning District of Suburban Residential with 3000 sq.ft. Minimum Building Site Area per Dwelling Unit (RS-D-3), with Assessor's Parcel Number: 429-0005-021-00. The project is Categorically Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); Article 19, Class 3, Section 15303 - new construction of small number of new buildings.
