A motion will be made pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(e) to convene in closed session for competitive and bargaining reasons to discuss proposals for the purchase of the Water Utility building. A motion will be made pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85(2) to reconvene in open session whereupon action may be taken on matters discussed in closed session.
