AN ORDINANCE appropriating $130,000.00 from the undesignated fund balance of the 2026 Capital Improvement Fund for the purchase and installation of a new generator for the Medical Examiner's Office and declaring certain equipment as surplus property and authorizing its disposal pursuant to Chapter 11 of Jackson County Code, 1984.
