Consideration of (1) a Modification of Use Permit 10-11 to expand the CORE Charter School campus onto five adjoining R-2 parcels, including a 23,610 square foot school addition and a 14,006 square foot multipurpose building; and (2) a Major Design Review Permit DR26-37 for demolition of five residential structures (six dwelling units) and one storage building and for the design of the new campus construction.
