I wanted to make sure that the concerns that Council Member Johnson had lifted up were addressed. covered in the referral. And as I've read it, it appears that it's, I want there to be some clarity because it feels like it may be out of scope from what's written on this paper. And I just want us aligned on whether or not it's in scope or not because as I look at what the charge is, it says review current council adopted policies and practices that inform transportation infrastructure requirements through the rezoning development process.
