    “And then there's a pretty sizable RTU that's also kind of visible in the lower right? Correct. Could you, my concern is, as you drive down Cottage Grove, I believe it's Cottage Grove, you're coming at an angle at this building and all these things are gonna be visible from that street. So I'm not a fan of delimiting the screening. and that's my major concern is that you could put the parapet up you could go to scuppers attach scuppers down to what you're talking about a drain system um so i guess that's my two cents worth yes”
