A few years ago the council decided that if someone had been interviewed for a commission and within a year of that interview they applied to be on the commission again if they had to or they were an alternate and a voting position came open that we didn't necessarily feel the need to interview them. then there was a council member who felt that that we should interview everyone so we went back to interviewing everyone no matter what so it's it's it's really up to us as to what we want to do i would like to be consistent with the interviewing you know…”
