   “Again, I think this is one of those things that we're putting an amorphous policy, not even a policy, but a feel-good amendment into this. It requires, it uses the word requiring, pedestrian, bicycling, and golf cart facilities unless waived by a vote of four council members and written findings that such facilities are infeasible or disproportionate. We have 125 miles of roadway in Palmetto Bay. Does this mean that we are going to have to put in bike lanes on every street and sidewalks on every street? Because sidewalks are used by pedestrians. And if we are, then we are going to have to…”
