“THANK YOU VERY MUCH. COUNCILMEMBER SMITH. THANK YOU. First, I want to say congratulations to Councilor Gunn on a very nice and successful summer concert series at East Lake Park on Sunday. So it was nice to see the carnivals. Great job. Also, I want to say congratulations to Councilor Clinton Woods. He picked up a tennis racket a couple of months ago and this past weekend participated in his first tennis tournament at the James Lewis Tennis Center. So congratulations. So he played well as partner, maybe not so much, but he played well and did a great job. And also congratulations to the James…”

“So I know you mentioned that you've been in litigation since 2021. You have still owned the property in this time. Ma'am, you still own the property in this time.”

“Thank you, sir. Yeah, I just want to echo what my colleagues have said. It's just a concern. I mean, this is next to a school also. So I know I don't live in that area, but whenever I've driven by, I've noticed doors open and it's been unsafe. Right. So it's a nuisance. You wouldn't want to live next to that either. So it's a nuisance to those people that live in that area, but also the students that are in school right next to that property.”
