“There are some suggestions that staff had that would address concerns. And one is to install landscaping to minimize yard maintenance needed on the grade. Understand there is a grade change. And to repair the existing steps to the property and add additional safety measures instead of changing the entire front facade of the house. So I guess my question to you is, have you looked at other alternatives?”
