“Sunbelt does a good job. So it looks like all we're doing at this point is just rearranging what's already there. So they do a good job. I think they're doing a good job in Buckeye promoting commerce and things like that. So I got no problem with the plant itself. The one thing that does worry me is, and it's been brought up before probably, is the Warner and Miller intersection there with that bridge being so narrow. And you're just gonna be shoving more traffic onto it. I know it's not part of their property. but is there any plans to fix that? Because I know there was a long time ago…”

“Okay. I just want to make, just more traffic. I know it's going to take a little while to get this built up and everything. So, and I love that commercials going down that corner. We need commercials to the big industrial buildings because no one, the guys that work in those industrial buildings have no place to go to get food and everything. So that's good. Everything that concerns me, and I don't know who owns the property, to the northeast of the property, and between Lower Buckeye Road, there's like a sliver of land, Is that city right away, or is that owned by another developer?”

“Okay. It was hard to tell if it was a street or it was the trail that you guys mentioned on the west side.”

“So, and then maybe a city requirement that wouldn't be really any sense in putting a road there anyways, so, and then access to Warner. Thank you.”
