Right, no, but to be clear, when we had Council Member Masuara Arias's for comment, there was a motion to defer it, so we had to take it up. So since we're on a pattern of just taking them individually for tonight, I propose that we just take them individually so that we don't change in midstream, which takes us, thank you, Council Member Anderson, takes us to item number 27, and that was pulled by Council Member Mayfield.
Great. Thank you, Council Member Mayfield. And we have recorded the request for a referral, which we'll take up. Just for clarity, we're on item number 27, which is to adopt a resolution setting a public hearing for November 23, 2026, for the Harrison United Methodist Church Voluntary Annexation Petition. I believe we have Council Member Driggs' hand up.
OK. There's been a motion by Councilmember Drake, seconded by Councilmember Mayfield. Is there any further discussion of item number 27? All in favor of the motion, please raise your hand. Any opposed? All right. Passes unanimously. Thank you, and that takes us to items 28 through 31. Was that all you, Council Member Owens?

Thank you, Council Member Owens. Council Member Masuara-Arias.
Council member, I just want to note for folks planning purposes, and I know you're not finished yet, we have 10 minutes before we have to go downstairs. We're going to move the other item on e-bikes to the manager's report, but we will have to move in 10 minutes.
Thank you, Council Member Esmeralda. Council Member Johnson.
I think the challenge that we have is we spent about half of this on consent agenda. It's just hard to plan for that. Right, right.
Thank you, Council Member Johnson. Council Member Anderson, I think you have the final word and then we'll transition.
