“This is Rick Tift. I concur with Councilmember Camerata's comments that we need a process for folks to follow. And frankly, I thought that's what we were headed for about a month ago when we retracted the previous proposal, said we would go back and come up with a blueprint, for lack of a better term, on how to approach this. Naming Astrid also, I personally worked with Bishop Robertson myself through the years, and so I do remember him as a very influential, inspirational, can-do individual that did make a big difference in our community. So this is certainly not to diminish his…”

“I do not have a report tonight. With the exception of the event in District 7 was the opening of Kitsap Lake Park and Playgrounds. Oh, sorry. I do not have a formal report tonight. I just want to echo what the mayor said with regard to Kitsap Lake Park and clean up. And that's the big event in District 7. So for the last couple of weeks, thank you.”
