And there was money that was allocated that went directly to DHS that did not come into the counties, and they allocated more dollars But the conversation is that it would take at least two to three, four years before we are up and ready to even use that technology. And so I would really agree with the county managers that we have to save ourselves and maybe start having conversation internally, or maybe with our partners from Hennepin, whoever's doing work differently.…”
