“I just want to add, I live in the point, and I'm very familiar with Aventura Lakes, and I have four kids, and they all want to ride on their friends' motor scooters with electric bikes. But the mayor is correct. Within the Aventura Lakes community, your HOA can make their own restrictive laws. In the point, we have a speed limit that's 15 miles per hour. That's not the same as the speed limit outside the community. And they just put up signs. They are fining people for going above the speed limit. They have their own speed cameras in our community.
