I'm calling this special meeting of the Ellsworth City Council to order on October 6, 2026.
As we discussed last year, politicking is not a matter of city business and is not appropriate for public comment.
I just want to note, John, that I've asked you to please not politic. It's part of the city council's policies.
John, I'm just noting that this council voted on policy. So it was a split vote on the last year round.
When, so we approve this bond, it doesn't, we don't, but then we don't draw down on it until we vote to appropriate the funds.
It's not one bond. If we were to then draw down on it, we could then select the length of time.
