“Thank you, Madam President and Board. We had the health committee meeting and the resolution was read and we had people there to testify. And so I asked for the board to accept the committee report and adoption of resolution 78.”

“Thank you. This resolution was brought to the attention of St. Louis Public Schools. And we were asking that they hold off on closing of these schools until we come up with a plan. And we refer back to the citywide plan that it took two years to produce. And so we're asking that, again, that St. Louis Public Schools hold off on closing these schools until they have a comparable plan on how to utilize these buildings that will cause more decline in our communities. And I second my motion.”
