“We have a motion and a second. I'll make a quick comment before we take this vote. Two years ago, we had a budget of $77, $78 million. This budget is roughly $19 million more than that. $16.5 million of that are grants from the state and federal government. We also have transfers in expenditures to buy the water plant and fix things like Wind Lake and fix up Five Points, which is the majority of that difference in budget. So this is, while it could look wildly different, it is actually lower in operations, including those things, than we were two years ago. I just want to point that out. I…”
