“The only reason there's trash everywhere is because of those recycle bins. So our current, if we stay with the current one, that's the far right one, right? Yep. So about four years ago, we went through this, we sent it out to the citizens, and we got an overwhelming response back, don't touch my trash. Don't change it. Don't modify it, don't build it.
