“I have some thoughts. I certainly understand, as my experience in multifamily design, the access to these units, to the dumpsters, are important, as well as prolonging the pavement. So if these trash trucks have to make a lot of turning movements within the development, it tears up the pavement. That's where on this, as the exhibit that's up right now, that one all the way in the back, while it works well for being away from neighbors, that's very hard to get to, and that trash truck is going to have to back up and around a corner and into another street to be able to pull out.
