  1. “Mark, the food truck vendors that you did speak with, were they okay with changes if we moved to a food truck park instead of just having it be anywhere in the city?”

  2. “Sabrina, can you guess what I'm going to say? Oh, I hope something good. The open space was amazing. You crushed it. Thank you for that. I appreciate the attention to detail and having it centrally located. A small tot lot. I don't love tot lot. I know. I was like, oh. I love the pathways. I love that you put as much of the green space, not just on the sides and putting it, you know, wherever it made sense for your community development, but actually what's going to be good for the citizens that live there. Oh, thank you so much.”

  3. “You always do great. And it creates a space where people want to hang out and be a community, which is what we're striving for. So I appreciate that. Thank you. I appreciate you.”

  4. “Terry, Sabrina mentioned this is going to start probably around 2028, if I heard that correctly. Um, Do we know if there's any other, aside from this project, if there's any other road improvements that are scheduled for that section of the road? Hello, Daniel.”

  8. “Emily, thank you for that. So if I'm understanding correctly, the first phase is going to be in five years from now.”

  11. “Maybe Daniel, but knowing that timeframe now, can we get a better scope as to what infrastructure improvements could potentially be in that timeframe? Because we're talking now 2031 to 2035.”

  12. “So something like this wouldn't potentially trigger the city to look closer at this intersection should this pass. It wouldn't trigger something for you guys to look at it closer and want to do improvements sooner.”

  13. “As Rodney spoke earlier in this meeting, he was talking about the meetings that we had to discuss master plan communities and how we could implement those as we move forward. It does allow for us as... And I was on council at the time, so I was a part of those discussions. And I love master plan communities for the fact that it does allow us to plan ahead. We can look at larger pieces of property rather than having individual... different communities that we're just annexing it and bringing in. You've seen it and they just don't flow together. But when you do a master plan community, it's a…”

  16. “Thank you, Mayor. I just wanted to say on page 261 on the heels of Councilman Griffin's question, I don't know if that might help you answer it. It just says that under the correspondence that Nampa Airport did provide a comment indicating that the proposed light industrial use would be compatible and they go on with further. I don't know if that answers your question.”

  17. “For Crystal, because I had similar plans or similar ideas as Patty did. Why are we doing this now? And we know that's going to be coming for us. But now knowing that that aligns with what the future plan is to be light industrial over residential. Can you explain to me why? I know you will hear about it, but just because of this project, why that that's preferred over residential?”

  20. “This one I'm kind of struggling with. I agree with the majority of the citizens when it comes to the compatibility of it being right there. hearing that the recommendation from the airport is light industrial and that that reason is primarily because of sound. When I'm looking at this land, if somebody were to build homes, residential that was compatible to what it is, we're looking at realistically maybe five homes here. So they would be building, knowing that they're building next to an airport where sound is. So that doesn't concern me all that much. And I don't hate this project. I think…”

We already answered the enclave properties, but if we do end up annexing, then those would fall underneath the city code at that time. Okay, and then lastly, what times do the neighboring municipalities have their food trucks end?”
