“I'm just concerned that we're all on the same page and that we realize that in light of the reduction in the amount of what FEMA is offering us, that we are going to be spending more on Zone 8 than we expected because originally, We were expecting 90%. We were going to do 10%. And I think we might have thrown in some might-as-wells because there may have been some extra costs in there. So I'm concerned that we're not really paying attention to the fact that now we have to cover 40%, 50%? I think they're coming up with 45% instead of 90%.”
