“Just a question. As we increase more use of these off-site parking, it has the potential of having a lot more events going on with the fair. So I'm a little concerned about the residents that live around there, like lighting, parking for the neighborhood that lives there. Also, increased traffic on a continuous basis. I think it's pretty annoying when you're used to one level and all of a sudden it increases. So I'm just curious what's going to be done so that every night or all through the winter or whatever, I'm exaggerating, I know, but that the neighbors don't have to deal with this…”

“Okay. It's going to increase, I'm sure. I mean, I'm sure that the fair footprint and the fair employees want to increase it. That's just more revenue for them. But again, you've got to take care of the people that are there right now, the residents, because they're going to have concerns.”

“Thank you. I keep forgetting to do that. So Shaw Road from Maine all the way to the top of the hill is backed up. And so if you're going to add new development there, there's just, he's not going to be able to pay, any developer's not going to be able to pay for widening Shaw Road all the way up to the top of the hill. So it's a timing thing. And so if it's approved, it's just going to get worse. So if the development is approved in those lots, he's not going to pay for everything. And now you're stuck with even more traffic. And if you put a light where you're talking about putting a light…”
