All right. With no other speakers, we're going to move to the consent agenda.
Second. I got a motion and a second. Would anyone like to pull anything off the consent agenda? I have two things I would like to pull. Item number six. And under resolutions, I would like to pull, hang on, I got, sorry, 26-765.
Yes. Consent agenda passes with five yeses, zero noes. I'll take number six, and then I'll get to you next, and then I'll do the other one. I want to direct this to the deputy city manager. I see where we're authorizing over $1.3 million to a contract to ran. I know we've had some discussions, at least at the last council meeting, on procurement policies and those things. My question to you is, Does Rand and the subcontractors that are going to be doing this work meet those qualifications?
Okay. All right. So I would move to approve item number six on the consent agenda.
Yes. Item number six passes with five yeses and zero noes. Council Member Atkinson?

Got a motion and a second. Wood, any discussion?

No. 26-102 passes with three yeses and two no votes. This brings us to first readings.
All right, this brings us to council member comments. I will start with council member Dorman.
I've been a little busy myself lately. A couple things that I just wanted to go over. I was honored to speak at the grand opening and the ribbon cutting ceremony at the Independent Surgical Center, which is just a couple buildings down. This is for people that have issues getting into a dentist in time and with Medicare issues, and they have developed this to try to help in that area. Really excited for them to be here. I think this is a new avenue for us in trying to make sure that everybody has the opportunity to get dental care, because I think that's important for our kids and our…
Yeah. And I'll kind of piggyback a little bit on that. This past Saturday, I was at the volunteer appreciation for Old Fire Station 1 and got to – look around and see some of the old fire trucks and also talk to them about the issues with their building as well so I'm sure that they would be more than willing to take people around so if you had any if you wanted to see what their issues are there as well and you know we encourage everybody to get out and vote on our geo bond on November 3rd this is important for us to protect our historical sites And at that, I'm going to turn it over to our…
Did we set a record for a council meeting?
All right. I want to thank everybody for coming out, and we'll see you on November 2nd. Thank you for coming.
