I'm glad we're making this first step because that needs to happen. We just had a work session on Penn Avenue and I was pleased to see in your presentation that you were talking about cost participation.
We'll get started in a second, but I want to make sure we have enough chairs. We have a lot of extra election equipment in here, and we want to make sure everybody has a seat.
This is a proclamation of the city of Richfield, whereas Indigenous Peoples Day is a celebration of the cultures, lands, and languages of indigenous peoples throughout the land on which the United States is built.
