“Youth Council Councilwoman Liberté, thank you for representing your colleagues well. Thank you for a presentation. Well done. I'm just so very proud of you. As you've heard from my colleagues, this is a discussion item. So you've presented this before us. We're going to then speak to our city manager and our city attorney and figure out how we can implement this. So I just want to thank you all for your leadership. All of you that are here, all of the youth council, I am so proud of you and you represent us well. So thank you, thank you, thank you and continue to work hard and are you…”

“Actually, I'd like to come with all of my colleagues because I don't do this alone. So without them, I won't be able to do anything. So let's go up.”
