“All right, do we have any questions? I have some. Just out of curiosity, what's driving the capital increase?”

“Okay. So I would just ask that if the city is asking for $564,000 more, which is a 20% increase over last year, that we get a little bit more detailed and things are more expensive because... I understand things are more expensive, but I seriously doubt they're 20% more expensive. “Yes, I'd be glad to. Thank you. If everyone mind bowing their heads. Dear Lord, we come to you tonight and we ask for wisdom and grace. We ask for you to let us conduct the city's business efficiently and effectively and just look at things through your eyes. We ask that you bless the city of Rome, that you lay a hedge of protection over its first responders, and that you just go with us and be with us. In Christ's name we pray. Amen. I pledge allegiance to the flag.”
