“I had the opportunity to attend several meetings over the last one or two weeks. One of them was the TCC community meeting, the Transformative Climate Communities Grant meeting hosted in the Arlanza Community Center. It was great to see the public come out, ask questions, get informed about the benefits, the potential benefits. of the grant, and there's always next year. “I'm honored to be up here on the council when this proclamation was brought forward to mark the recognition of Hispanic Heritage Month. As the first Latino elected to represent Ward 6, it's deeply meaningful. It's a celebration of our vibrant culture, our resilience, and the contributions of our community. I just want to thank Latino Network and the Spanish Town Heritage Foundation for their deep commitment to their deep commitment to just making sure that our history and our culture are on the forefront and are remembered. So thank you very much.”

“Thank you, Mayor. Only one update. This Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Arlanza Community Center, we'll be having a community meeting about the TCC, the Transformative Climate Community Grant that the City of Riverside is applying for. I encourage individuals, especially from Ward 6, to attend the meeting, learn more about the grant, and give their feedback. Thank you, Mayor. Thanks.”

“This one's a bit of a tough one. I appreciate the presentation and I appreciate you answering all of our questions. I agree kind of with a little bit of everybody. I agree with Council Member Mill. We were voted to go through the process and make sure that we are being held accountable for A lot of how our procurement process goes forward and the purchases that we make spending taxpayer money. I also understand on, you know, Councilmember Cervantes and Robillard is, you know, efficiency and, you know, I appreciate your story about, you know, the senior centers. Maybe I'm not comfortable with…”
