“Okay. um and i would think again before before you start they need to be in writing um the site plan um and i've said before um this is a very challenging piece of property we after uh ccps threw off the general we completed cranberry elementary meekins did winner's mill and uh there was a reason they threw the general off was over rock and there's a There's a tunnel to nowhere near the stormwater management plan because they plan to put all the athletic fields here. And the CCPS decided it wasn't cost effective because of the rock. And that's why they went away.”
