“I have another amendment. Mr. Chairman, I would like to make an amendment to the Wireless Communications Facility Ordinance to correct two typographical errors in Article 4, General Requirements, Items H and I. Item H needs to be corrected to read all new facilities shall be at least a distance of 1,500 feet from a residential structure. Item I needs to be corrected to read all new facilities shall be a distance of 3,000 feet from the property line of any school. These were recommended by Environmental Health Trust and other agencies that that be the minimum, and that is actually how it was…”

“Mr. Chairman, I just want to mention here, this is the same South Greenville Area Fire District general obligation bond. I'm not going to go back through the information, but for the same reason I voted no on the original millage increase, I'm also going to be against this. Another million dollars in debt plus the millage increase based on the previous things I stated.”

“Yes, I would like to report that our Audit Committee, PFM, is who we have hired out of North Carolina. They have had Zoom meetings this month with both EMS departments and also The Sheriff's Department doing interviews and starting to collect information from both of those departments. They will be on site in September doing an audit. So I just want to let you know that. And I will be meeting with them, getting updates regularly. So as I get those, I'll bring them here.”
