Okay, communications. Kayla, you want to go first? Sure. This weekend, I got to join the Carver Lions for their annual Trunk or Treat celebration. They had between 400 and 500 kids show up, and it was just a lot of fun. I like community events, and it was a joy to be a part of it. So that's what I've got. Thank you to the Lions for setting that up.
I listened to it today. Oh, what did you think? You always do a good job with interviews.
And the father-son team that was running bingo between every ball would tell, or between every round, not every ball, every round would tell dad jokes. And that was like the between round reset entertainment was dad jokes. Dad jokes. I considered writing some of them down for future pauses in the city council meeting.
No, I always have to play bingo at the church festival because when I was growing up, it was a requirement of all altar servers to spend at least two hours selling bingo cards at the parish festival. So... So, I spent, I spent many hours in a hot tent, helping out with big. It does. All right, Eric, do we got, yeah.
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
So who wants to go first? I just want to start out by saying that this is not my first time seeing this. It was at Planning Commission. So you may have seen me sneaking around in the back back then. So I got a lot of my questions answered at Planning Commission because they had a lot of the same questions that I did. But you did mention that you're anticipating a enrollment increase. It's my understanding that the enrollment at Eastern Carver County Schools has been decreasing. And I'm wondering why. where you win and where you see that trend reversing?
And does that include the fact that the kind of projected home prices in both Carver and Victoria are generally higher than most young families are able to afford? So you might not see as many kids as you do houses?
And the reason why I'm asking is because I wanted to talk about when are we anticipating phase two, knowing that these demographic, all of these demographic things play into that.
So, when I'm standing on Jonathan cover, our packet label the other way around. Yeah, it is the West elevation, but you're looking West.
Okay. No, I had asked my questions as they came up. Okay. Back to you, Christy.
Are we also kind of in a situation where we're paying Down debt on the previous project while saving up for the next 1.
It's kind of a, you're trying to pay down debt and save up at the same time. So you're going to see higher numbers because of that.
10% over 10 years instead of 10% in one go? Yeah.
I know they've really appreciated all of the transparency that you guys have given them over the years. I just wanted to make sure that they had light of sight to the fact that a lot of these purchases outside of the ladder trucks are no longer going to be done bonding.
So it's going to be bigger payments. At less frequent intervals.
