  4. “Well, I'm reading right here that the position is 100% funded to the CDBG program and is contingent upon the city receiving funds each program year. So it sounds pretty safe to me. So I'm just going to make the motion that I move to create the position of CDBG program coordinator and amend the classification plan.”

  6. “So I guess I wanted to respond to the people that talked about prayer tonight. It's hard for me to believe that there are many against the prayer as it has been handled up till now because we've been doing it for a year and a half and there have been up to this point no complaints. And I'd like to address the discomfort by design. If it's by design then why can't you tolerate discomfort uh... also i wanted to address because uh... beautiful it's the climate and it makes me want to start a campaign campaign to encourage residents to water their lawns thank you anything else from council…”

  10. “I don't have that much to say, but yeah, I would like to say that I'm in favor of the appeal just because the unique physical circumstances are the tree line. As you can see from exhibit four, all the pictures here, it's very difficult to see the sign from the south exit. And as we heard in the last presentation that trees grow five feet a year or five something a year, I think that we have to take that into consideration as a hardship and I would be in favor of this appeal.”

  17. “Yeah. We hear you loud and clear about what the DA is not doing. We are equally probably discouraged that not more is done. Don't know exactly why, but I want to tell you from the city's standpoint that we have made a request with the state to repeal SB 48, which is the catch and release law. AND THIS GIVES US ALL THE MORE REASON TO ADD A MUNICIPAL COURT. SO THERE ARE DIFFERENT ASPECTS THAT THE CITY IS WORKING ON, AND I'M SORRY THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO YOU. I'M SURE YOU'RE NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT, AND THANK YOU FOR BRINGING THIS TO OUR ATTENTION, PERSONALLY AND LIVE. I wanted to talk about…”

Do you have any? more idea about what they're going to offer? I attended last year, and it didn't seem to me that there was 150 people there. And it was a very select population of our residents. So I'm just kind of wondering what they're going to do different this year.”
